2010 Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana Desserts First

This year's third annual Desserts First event was held on January 21, 2010 at the Carroll Knicely Conference Center in Bowling Green, KY. Chefs in attendance prepared desserts and hors d’oeuvres showcasing Girl Scout cookies as ingredients in each recipe.

Prizes were presented based on the judges’ favorite dessert (Golden Wisk Award – winner: Imagine Cakes and Candies) and hors d’oeuvre (Golden Grater Award – winner: Entourage). This year there were also two awards chosen by a vote of those in attendance: the peoples' favorite desert (Silver Wisk Award – winner: Robin Shea, IGA) and the peoples' favorite hors d'oeuvre (Silver Grater Award – winner: Entourage).
